North Korea, the Rip Taylor of nations, is loudly and annoyingly trying to attack our computers, and South Korea's too.

Now, we invented the Internet. Isn't there a switch we can throw somewhere -- in the basement of the NSA, perhaps -- that will just cut off their access?
