Facing Up To Facebook

Sorry for the lapse in posts but I've been discovering the joys of Facebook -- quite possibly the last person in the world to do so. Actually I take that back: there is at least one friend I haven't been able to find using their many tools (Pat Moore, if you're out there, join Facebook!). There are friends and relatives from High School, College, and various places of employment on Facebook, and because of their viral, spiderweb-like friend system once you find one friend you've basically found them all!

I've been concentrating on finding my fellow students from a now-defunct Christian Liberal Arts College/Seminary. For reasons I still have yet to go into here we were all blown to the four winds by powers greater than ourselves and as a result many very good friends were never heard from again. Others I've heard from periodically and a precious few I've kept in constant contact with. The last week or 2 on Facebook has been like a great big family reunion.
