You know how, ever since the Columbia explosion, Space Shuttles are required to do somersaults in space so the International Space Station crew can look them over and make sure they're ready for re-entry? Well, here's what that looks like from the backyard of Pawel Warchal in Cracow, Poland (click to enlarge).
I find this to be a fascinating picture because it points out that all the Buck Rogers science fiction we see on the evening news is actually taking place directly over our heads.
