Burden

Can you imagine outliving both your children -- not because they died early but by the sheer length of your own life? The world's oldest person, Edna Parker of Shelbyville, Indiana, did. And yesterday she passed away herself at the age of 115.

Now that burden passes to Maria de Jesus in Portugal. At least she still has 3 children living, although she can no longer recognize them.
